Arable Tex
Copyright & DMCA Policy
Arable Tex respects intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how to report content on this website that you believe infringes copyright. It does not create a representation that we qualify for any particular statutory safe harbor.
1. Copyright complaint
Send a written notice to contact@arabletex.com containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
2. Review and removal
We may request additional information, remove or disable access to material, notify the person who supplied it, preserve evidence, or decline an incomplete or abusive request. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability.
3. Counter-notice
A person whose material was removed may submit a counter-notice containing a signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; contact information; and consent to the jurisdiction and service requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), where that provision applies.
4. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and legally required, we may terminate accounts or access of repeat infringers.
5. Designated agent
If the business relies on the U.S. DMCA service-provider safe harbor, the owner must separately designate and maintain a current agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent’s complete contact information. The general email above is not a substitute for that registration.
